oil can can

I don't have a car. I do have an oil can.   I've had it for a long time and every so often I try to get rid of it and I can't. There's just something about it. I have a vague memory that I bought it at the hardware store with the idea I would use it for olive oil. This was just a ruse to convince myself that it was ok to buy it. It's really just a little sculpture. A sculpture that makes the most satisfying noise when you press on the base and pretend you're oiling an old Ford.
